"Had a lot of hope for this place but absolutely not. DO NOT GO HERE. dental hygienist said “we have to do this fast” um no…no we don’t just because your behind patients, you’re telling me that my care has to be compromised and done “fast” because you are behind patients. Then I ask her “are you using hot water?” Her reply “I have it warm” then I let her know that she was burning My gums with the water. She replied, “huh didn’t think about that” I am the son of an orthodontist and general dentist who have been in the field for over 25+ years the incompetence here is simply amazing and if this is how the hygienist acts then the doctors here are fully incompetent and unable to truly care for patients. One thing that I have consistently noticed about this clinic is that the staff clearly care more about money and patient turnaround than patient care. This place should be shut down because one day they are going to hurt someone."

"Years ago, I went to this dentist, and he told me I had five cavities. That did not sit right with me, so I got a second opinion from a different dentist in the area who said I had no cavities. The 'cavities' Oakdale family dentistry supposedly had found were natural grooves in my teeth that had some discoloration. Do not go to Oakdale family dentistry. They will rip you off."

"They were very friendly, but that was because they do an astronomical amount of xrays. and then charge you too much even after insurance. I even herd the dentist say I should not be charged over $100 and then they said I owed them money. I did not understand that. I think they were charging for all the xrays. There were an extra 8 xrays that were taken. I am never going back there."

"Great service and staff! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist and they didnt make me feel bad at all about it. They got me all up to date, were very efficient with their work, and explained everything thoroughly. I will gladly continue going back here from now on! I finally found a dentist/ staff that makes me want to go back on a regular basis and my teeth have never been better! :)"

"I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years because of past unpleasant experiences but I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Keane at Oakdale Family Dentistry. He and his staff were not judgmental, they were kind, patient, and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting unlike so many dentist offices. I highly recommend them!"
