"I went to dentist first time visit. The star for technician & receptionist that helped me with paperwork. My appointment lasted 2 1/2 hours. I was lectured 1 1/2 hours br Dr. Brian regarding my teeth. I explained tooth with problem. He confirmed through X-rays it was a problem. He then suggested surgery. I said I wanted it pulled. He said they don't like pulling teeth. I thought that was his specialty. I reiterated I want it pulled. He goes too late unable pull today. He left out AGAIN. Comes back says okay will pull you now need to see our insurance person. They came quoted about $150. My time was wasted could express that 1 1/2 hours earlier. I am a retired MEDICAL ASSISTANT, MEDICAL BILLING AND CODER, PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT AND DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL, I DIDN'T NEED THE LECTURE I COULD HAVE EXPLAINED TO HIM. I felt it was an appointment to get paid from insurance and do less as possible if not getting paid top dollars. ************* SO, tried to give them benefit of the doubt. I had them schedule me with another dentist. I show up they say no appointment scheduled. I say was done on purpose. PEOPLE HATE HONESTY!!!!!!! OFF to find dentist with MORALS."

"I have always had tooth problems. No matter what I did and how much care I showed my teeth I have always had problems. It took me over 20 years of searching to find a dentist that actually showed real care, concern, and a culture of non judgment. I finally found one that really treated me with the respect that I have earned as a responsible adult. Sadly, they went under. When I began to have some tooth pain, I had to start fresh and find a new dentist. I chose to give this one a try because they honored my insurance and were close to my home in WSP. I went in expecting nothing. IMO most dentists suck. I expected nothing, but received everything. I have had 2 visits here now, a courtesy new patient exam and some crown work. I have to say I am impressed. The entire staff has been a joy to work with, my hygienist, my dentist, and the front staff have shown nothing but care, concern, and respect. I have never been talked down to, and have experienced nothing but positivity when it comes to my future treatment plans. It may seem like small stuff to some, but to someone that has lived his entire life ashamed of himself to even smile, the feeling that I get when leaving this office makes me feel optimistic for the future. My hygienist said to me " we will get you smiling again" and that statement in itself gives me hope. Its a great office. I love the people there. I will probably spend a ton of money there fixing things, but I have never been more excited to do it. Thank you all. Sincerely."

"I didn't really think there was an issue with this place until my last visit. They truly prioritize getting your credit card above anything else it seems. I had to wait an HOUR AND A HALF to see a dentist for his opinion on a chipped tooth which I had gone in for in October. They said that I'd for sure need a crown and at the time didn't need a root canal but I waited until the new year for new insurance. I went in, waited my hour and a half for the dentist (whom I did like during my first visit with him) to ask if I have had any pain or sensitivity in the tooth (both, no) but then proceeded to say they'd like to do one anyways. Red flags went up and the second this happened I knew I needed to get a second opinion. Low and behold, the root canal wasn't necessary and got my crown done elsewhere. My potential $1800 bill was turned into less than $600. ALSO, what was my reward for waiting an hour and a half? A $50.99 charge just for seeing them/evaluation. The other office I went to in Woodbury didn't even charge for an evaluation. I'm not trying to say that this place has any ill-intentions or are committing malpractice, but they 100% want your money and will try to justify taking it. Be an advocate for yourself and get a second opinion before you shell out significant money to this place."

"Professional and friendly staff from the check in through entire visit! Was called by name and felt welcomed to the office. Very easy and accommodating scheduling process. Thorough exam with explanations with any questions or concerns. I was able to have a root canal and crown right in office, which saved so much time and visits! Jordan was great with a thorough explanation of billing and options for future appointments. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend!"

"Office is very clean and modern. Usage of virtual application allows convenient reporting of medial information. Staff is friendly, patient, and efficient. Jordan was great to talk to at the front desk! Extra perk is that they partner with and support Special Olympics for athletes with disabilities!!"
