"We have been there for dental work in the past and when I called today to make a cleaning appointment they said they are not accepting new patients as he has not been there for a cleaning before and can not schedule a cleaning for him at all! So you have to get a cleaning to be considered a patient of theirs that makes NO SENSE!!!"

"They accepted me and my kids as new patients, but only my kids were ever able to get in... I tried setting up a cleaning for myself, but when the day would come to go they would call to tell me they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. And the rescheduled was always months out. This back and forth lasted at least a year! Still not being able to get my teeth just cleaned! The last time I called to reschedule my appointment, they told me they were no longer taking new patients! Don't waste your time with this place!"
