"Absolutely gorgeous views with clean bathrooms and a good trail down to the beach. It was super easy to get to and the road was in good condition. The trail to the beach was clearly marked and there was an informative sign before the descent down to the beach below. The beach was completely empty, but that could have just been because it was winter."
"Took a nice uphill walk from the Requa Inn and captured some great photos. There is a restroom and ample parking for 10-12? Cars"
"Absolutely beautiful views of the Klamath River inlet to the Pacific. Views from the coastal trail down to the ocean and the forest are all excellent too. Be aware of the Stinging Nettle plants on the trails. Wear long pants so you don’t get 24 hours of burning skin!"
"The Overlook has great views of the ocean and the mouth of the Klamath River. It can be foggy and cool with windy conditions on certain days. A number of interpretive panels on whale watching, marine mammals, and the Klamath section of the Coastal Trial are at viewpoint near the small parking lot. You will find a steep trail down the bluff on a narrow path to a lower viewing platform, but the view is about the same as from the top. Located on the Requena Road exit of Hwy 101, North of the Klamath Bridge on a winding road. A place people stop to see whales, view amazing sunsets over the ocean with a restroom and picnic tables."
"Great place! Although I went when there was fog, it was still beautiful. The drive up is cool with smaller roads. The parking lot is tiny, with restrooms at the end. This is a picnic table in the middle and I could hear and see a tiny bit of the water below. There are also some panels with info on local wildlife."
