"No air conditioning in the room open window with no screen and the door was hard to close without no handle I would not recommend this place to anybody my wife says no extra tp"

"I called late in the evening looking for a well priced room with one bed, owner was extremely nice he is vary big about family and professional. I was 45 minuets away when I called he said he had two room I told him I would take one and would be on the way, as soon as I arrived he told me two people called after me and he held the room for us hewas vary accommodating. The room was clean and in vary nice condition even other people staying there were vary friendly. The next morning we met the cleaning lady Michelle I think her name is she was vary nice we talked for a while this will be my first place I look when coming to stay in town would strongly recommend."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The perfect place to view the Fortuna Auto Expo cruise. And weekly rates are good so it's perfect for staying during Rodeo week especially if you get a room with a kitchen. New TVs in rooms and security cameras in the parking lot. If you are like me and choose to spend your money on local small town family run establishments this is the place to check out."

"Typical older motel but the prices for extended stay are good. The manager stays on top of things so there is no shady business going on. They check daily to see if you need clean towels or bedding and the rooms are clean. I have been here for a year and am very content."
