"We had an issue with the septic system yesterday. Called Ken-Way. The gal that answered tried to troubleshoot with us on the phone to no success--but awesome to get the assistance right away. Then she had a guy out this morning super early. He worked the problem, figured out some issues and cleaned them out, and on and on. These guys are professional, friendly, on time, etc. We are new homeowners, and I wouldn't trade this experience with them for anything. They were awesome!"

"New customer here. I called yesterday afternoon because I was concerned that our septic was getting too full. The lady who took my call was very courteous and informed me of the fees involved. She scheduled for this morning between 10am and noon. Truck pulled in at 10:30am and the service man was informative and did a great job !! I highly recommend."
