Grease Monkey

"The two guys that did my oil change went above and beyond what they needed to to. I have a Mercedes work van so you can only get filters and wipers from the dealership and they put them on for me with no additional charge. They also aloud me to leave and buy missing fasteners for my splash shield and come back to install it. These guys were great!!"

"i came in for an oil change and to ask them to fix a problem that another grease monkey caused. oil change went great, employees were all great, but then they charged me to replace a junk pair of wipers that the other grease monkey put on and that kinda soured me on the whole chain. if one store is gonna charge me to fix a problem another store created that aint a business i can get behind"

"Shoutout to the guy who changed my oil this morning (8:00 1/16/24). He could tell I’m totally ignorant to any of this stuff but still took his time to ask me questions (as this was the first time I’ve taken my car here to he serviced) and when I wasn’t sure he explained why one option would make more sense than the other and we figured it out! It was quick in and out and even had a $20 coupon I found online. Paid wayyy less than I have before at other places in RL. Thank you!"
