"DO NOT go here!! They do not actually verify with your insurance company if they will cover things and essentially scammed me into a night guard. I waited 6 months to get one and the woman at the front desk told me a handful of times my insurance company would cover a large portion of my night guard. All of a sudden after I get it, I owe $600 out of pocket. They also sent MY bill to my Dad and all of my information was in his name which is a HIPAA violation. I showed the woman at the front desk and she did nothing about it. Not sure what goes on in this office but awful customer service and they rarely return my phone calls."

"I've been visiting Apple River Dental for about 7 years now and I've never had anything but the best of service and they always seem to know exactly what needs to be done, and they do it in the most professional manner. Prices are more than fair and the quality of the work matches their level of professionalism. I hope to be going to them for many more years. Update: Some time after that review of "Apple River Dental" and they've been bought by "Park Dental" and oh have they changed."

"I went in to see Dr. Browning for phase one of an implant today. I always get extremely nervous when I have to have work done by oral surgeons. Not only was he extremely kind, patient, and helpful; his bedside manner could not have been better. He made me feel as comfortable as possible. There were also issues with my insurance, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic!"
