"My car broke down in Ashland and I had two days to get home. The axle cover was bent from a tow-gone-wrong and the car was undriveable. I brought it into TRC auto on a Friday, Troy ordered the part that day and had it replaced by the next morning when I picked it up. All for a better price and timeline than the other mechanic I considered. Simple, got the job done."
"Poor service, several times I bring something there I have to repair what they don't finish putting together, Or I find something hacked for failure, had to fix a radiator hose that was out of place and laying on the belt pulley!. Last they put a new mass air flow Sencer in because the new transmission they put in was acting up, slipping, jumping gears. I had to re attch the air filter box that had a large mouse nest inside and tightened all the hose clamps to the intake. Before this there was a torshon bar broke off the frame, they obviously seen this replacing the transmission! But I had to bring it back again after I told them if they find anything else wrong...fix it! Dropped the truck off several months ago and finally get it back after a simple fix of the mass air flow being replaced. I get a phone call from someone that knows my truck, seeing it burning the tires off doing circles on the pavement from the mechanic that runs this operation! I'll never refer this mechanic to anyone else."
