"Wife went to see a provider here recently as she needed a new doctor. Staff is all tense. Not a calming environment at all. It took us months to make the appointment because we’ve had bad luck with docs. We see the doctors picture on the website and in the lobby. Get in the room after another strange encounter with a not very talkative nurse to have this guy who we find out is the doctor come in who looks like a bum from the movie Cast Away. Clean your providers up and have them look professional or at the very least have a picture of them that actually looks like the person we plan to see on the website and in the lobby!!!! The whole clinic felt like I was back in the military again. Actually flared up my PTSD and i was just there to support the wife. Not the place I want my family to go for care so Superior or Duluth is what it’s going to be for us. I hope your other clinics are not like this one was."
