"i have been on a hair journey removing black box dye from my hair with another stylist at Cailin Deas, we spent a couple months stripping my hair to get it light enough to color it brunette. that process costed about $600 to get to the point i could put my desired color in. for a more affordable option i came to Amy to cut and dye my hair light brunette. let’s just say the $600 i spent on my hair was reversed all the way back to DARK BROWN/BLACK! when i shared a picture of the light brunette i wanted and have been working towards and putting lots of money into. just for her to complete botch my hair. went home crying. furious and helpless for the health of my hair. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! i was refunded my money but i can’t undo the damage. will not be going back. looking like i won’t be brunette any time soon."
