"Nice clean store. Not too big where it's overwhelming. The workers do a good job at sorting and color coordinating the clothing. The people who receive the donations are always very friendly. The only negative was a very long SLOoOoOw line..."

"I’m not one to write a review let alone a bad one, but as a former associate in management ( no less ) to have worked for this company for several years I take this very seriously. Today I donated several items ( not trash ) from a recent move & downsizing drastically, that I felt proud to donate to an organization that I had thought highly of. It was early morning, I’m sure the crew was just preparing for the day, I pulled in behind a car that had just dropped off some donations. I get out of my car and addressed the attendant in the donations area, I received no reply, I shrugged it off and preceded to take out boxes from my trunk and backseat. The attendant was so careless with my items I was almost ready to take it back, I heard glass items hitting as she put my boxes into a blue bin. Still I help her thinking that she would be more gentle with the rest, No !!! I’m sorry to say I didn’t see a name tag for this employee but I was just trying to help her as much as I could because there were some people behind me as well… Now I’m going to say chalk it up to a bad morning, no I will call it pure an unapologetic work ethics…. Never would I want to show someone who is donating items to your organization that may be helping her ( I have no idea) but be proud, be grateful & be honored that this company is expecting you to be the face, smile and Have a Great Day. Thank you for your donations. Just wish they understood how important those donations are to this organization."

"The “manager” Johnson was absolutely rude and didn’t care about me or any of my friends that went in that week. Then a woman named Brenda has very bad attitude and decided to cause a problem by raising her voice and laughing at me when I tried asking a simple question. So I contacted a friend in the better business and they will be hearing from them soon."

"I usually refrain from negative reviews. Especially when it comes to non-profit organizations however, because of the attitude of one employee. I cannot in good conscience recommend donating to this place. I will make sure that in the future I will donate to a local organization or at least someone who will show some appreciation. Never have I ever been left with such a bad taste in my mouth when giving to a "good cause"."
