"Such a great selection! Wonderful friendly employees, And lots of new merchandise too!"
"Came by for a donation and to check out the selection of items inside. Always a decent wait for a donation, I’ve had anywhere between a 1 hour wait and a 10 minute wait. Staff at donation area were amazing. Inside selection is best in Folsom. The place could use a nice cleaning. Prices are fairly high on some items, and they also will sell anything they can. Saw some items for sale that are literal trash or you can get for free from other places. Some staff inside were a bit loud and obnoxious. Other than that, no complaints. "My visit today was a confusing one and I was treated abruptly as if to be assisted and then altogether short, annoyed perhaps, and with rude contempt. With a large amount of clothes in the basket and before trying them on I made the mistake of going to house wares and so my cart was pretty full and I woman I would conclude later to be the manager came to observe my cart and I was like yes a lot but I need to try clothes on still. Acting helpful she called for someone to grab another cart so we could put the items in that Cart and get easier access to the clothes. But oddly cutting me off from getting the other cart and then rushing me into a fitting room where they would continue to help with the exchange of clothes and rush that as well. Unknown to the manager and the woman attending the fitting rooms because of a medical condition my weight has shifted up and down and one day I was an 8 and the next it was too small. So knowing what will fit has some extra challenges additionally I’m not used to my size and things don’t look flattering. So I had rejected 74% of what I had tried on up to the point I need to use the bathroom and could no longer safely hold it til I was done. Additionally, my time of the month was now. While I’m still sitting on the toilet dealing with cramps and bleeding and only a panyliner the fitting room attendant comes in to tell me I needed to hurry up and get going! Caught on gf guard and in pain I tried to communicate what was Going on but once again I was cut short as I heard her exit the bathroom. Astonished by the treatment but need to take care of more urgent things I told the attendant my predicament and that I needed to go to my car to get feminine products she said to tell the manager. Ok???… so I did and then the manger in a flippant manner and a snark on her face said so we can put away all the clothes then? Confused and trying to not bleed all over myself I said the ones I rejected. Now sitting in my car in pain and to exhausted to go throw Punches I’m writing the story of my experience and will go to the gas station to use the restroom."
"If anyone is looking to work here at this location, don’t. The store manager is Christina and she likes to belittle her employees in front of everyone and call it “training”. This is suppose to be a equal opportunity company for people with disabilities and because she dont know how to manage her employees or help keep them on task, she just cuts their hours. What even makes worse is when you reach out to corporate, and explain how she creating a hostile work environment, belittling her employees and the district manager Eric will tell you to your face “if you don’t like your job you should quite” like in this day of time like it’s easy to find a job. End of story this company isn’t what they promote. No equal opportunity, no opportunity to growth if the “company” or “store manager” don’t like you. End of story don’t work at or for this company"
"Nice clean store with friendly staff. Plenty of cool stuff for a decent price. Prices are up a bit, but in this economy, it's nothing new."
