"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! I bought a humidifier, the guy told me they DO NOT check stuff so to try it out & if it doesn’t work to bring it back. Surprise! It didn’t work! I went to return it and they refused to give me a refund. They even tried it out and could obviously see it wasn’t working properly but said “thats the way it’s supposed to work & we can’t give you a refund” So rude! I won’t be going there any more!"
"I frequent this store weekly and in comparison to other goodwills I'm not overly hyped about this one. Some things I enjoy about this location: -They have a little bit of everything -A lot of nice books here -Very organized and a fairly curated selection Some of the problems I've faced at this location: -Despite having something for every section, each section is quite small and I rarely find stuff here -This is probably the most expensive Goodwill I've been to, there was a pair of Levi jeans I was considering getting but I saw they were charging $25 for it"
"Lots of nice items, but the most expensive Goodwill store I have ever been to, and I frequent a lot of Goodwill‘s. clothing started at $10 for the cheapest items and went up from there drastically. Small furniture pieces were priced reasonably, but items like crystal, ceramic, glass were all priced at or well above retail value. Its like they used the asking listings on eBay as price points and forgot that they are a store in which everything they have has been donated, it’s irritating when donated items are being sold for the price you would find them for at an overpriced antique shop. Very well kept space with friendly and helpful staff. But I just can’t get over the ridiculously over priced DONATED items."
"The store is small, but nicely organized. Still, I don't think their customer service is very good. I purchased 2 ceramic vases and 2 other items. I was left to figure out how to carry them to my vehicle. I was surprised they didn't wrap the vases to keep them safe during transport, nor did they offer any bags or help for me to carry all those items."
"Longtime lover of goodwill, shopping here for over 10 years! This is a horrible goodwill, the prices and the employees are outrageous. Here it is it is example of how overprice this store is if you don’t believe me go ahead and check out for yourself."
