"Buyer Beware: OC Rug Store Sells Shoddy Rugs with Zero Accountability OC Rug Store's promise of high-quality rugs proved to be nothing more than a sales tactic. After purchasing several rugs based on the assurance of durability, they quickly fell apart within months. Despite our attempts to address the issue, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Salesman Saeid's claim of these rugs being an "investment" is a complete misrepresentation. The lack of support and the evident low quality make it clear that OC Rug Store fails to stand behind its merchandise. Numerous negative reviews on Yelp echoed our experience. Save your money and sanity—avoid OC Rug Store at all costs. If I could give them 0 stars, I would."

"We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with . I highly recommend OC RUG to anyone who needs an appraisal or repair to their rug . Also recommend making your purchase of a fine rug at this business it is hard to find a business that will be willing to work hard for the consumer. "I originally wondered about durability of a rug that I couldn’t throw in the wash with having 3 messy kids and I’m happy to say that I’m so impressed by the ease of cleaning this already. It’s absolutely beautiful, great quality and I can tell it’s going to stay that way. They were helpful in offering a great deal of tips and also offer cleaning services if necessary.
