"I intended to donate a recliner that was still in good shape. I walked in, thinking I could just drop it off. Wrong. I was told to make an appointment. Then, in the same dismissive way, was told that they don't take recliners, as she walked passed at least 10 recliners on display! No worries, we dropped it off down the street at a nearby thrift store. No appointment, no attitude, and the employee unloaded it for us! Some Re-store employees need re-training."
"Great items: nevertheless the policy to pick up next day otherwise they resale it and the fact that mostly females work there and that does not help at all to load purchases makes it a deficient service. I suggest to have a mix males/females working there."
"Great selection, very good prices and friendly salespeople. I don’t know about those other reviews. This place was very clean and had lots of great things at really good prices and the people working there are great."
"Apparently they changed owners and not for the better. I remember coming here many times over the years and finding good bargains, but not anymore. The prices are completely outrageous. I have no clue who keeps shopping here to keep this place open. Just shop somewhere else."
"Just not the same as before changing ownership 2 1/2 - 3yrs ago. I hadn't been there in a couple yrs, and in Aug.2022, I was in town and went to checkout what they had. 1st of all, they have moved, Iand 2nd, I personally felt they were overpriced,, Especially as far as furniture went."
