"SHAMEFUL and CORRUPT management (Grace the manager), and several of the female workers. They actually remove good quality merchandise which comes up for sale on Thursday’s! They take it to the back and change the tags to full price. I addressed this because it happened to me - right in front of my eyes, an item that I stood in line for to buy, was removed, as I watched the female worker do it from the front glass cabinet and repriced to full price and different color tag and then, she came back with it with the different tag and price. They are all WORKING IT TOGETHER. The corporate security management looked at the video and called me to go and pick up my merchandise for the correct 99c price. I am sure this goes on CONSTANTLY!!! They just got caught!!! Red handed!!! BTW, They were nasty and rude to me and commanded me to leave the store when I originally caught them and asked them to explain! So much for heavy corruption at your local LaBrea Goodwill! They need to get rid of the manager and crooked sales people! Although I was a regular customer of this Goodwill, Grace the manager and the workers who knew me, never bothered to apologize. What kind of charity are they running there? For self gain?"

"Received excellent help from several staff members. Not so great for home goods, better for clothes. But I was able to get an old monitor (without HDI) and some wine glasses on 25% because I was looking for the weekly color"
