Reviews of FASHIONPHILE Selling Studio
"That manager man is a trip he needs monitoring"
"Staff clearly overworked, seems like they just deal with complaints all day. Not surprised with the poor customer service we received."
"If you're closing down for lunch, update your hours."
"I have done businesses with Fashionphile in the past with this SF location and everything went perfect. I decided to use their Palo Alto branch and my experience was so unpleasant from start to finish. 1. They don’t answer the phone, I tried getting a hold of them for a week I even left several voicemails since I had received my online quotes and I needed to set up an appointment. I literally had to call their SF location and they kindly made sure for them to get back to me. 2. They day of my appointment I was lost for nearly an hour as nobody once mention to me that this location was in a shopping center inside a Neiman Marcus, once I arrive I was super late and they canceled my appointment (there was not one single soul in that store they could have easily accommodate me) but the front desk didn’t even bother listening to me. What really bothered me was when this stocky older lady stormed out of her office and said to me like if she owned the place “ I’m the one that does the buys and authentications, you are late and just to make things clear we always answer our phone so you would need to reschedule” I never engage with people that have such low customer service that I just looked at her and left. I didn’t even make it downstairs when they call me to go back up that they “were able to see me.” If I didn’t have such a busy schedule I would of left but I drove from San Jose and adding them to my agenda for reschedule was far ahead. When I went upstairs they front desk then told me they will have to mail my items I was not even aware that was an option since they do give out same day check or direct deposit. I then decided it was best to just reschedule with they SF location as they are WAY more professional. 3. When I said to them I was going to reschedule I am not lying when I’m telling you the front desk girl was so conniving that she not only threatened to flag my account but that she will make sure that SF wouldn’t make a new appointment that they were not allowed to do that and that she will make sure to let ( I don’t know who ) that they were rescheduling me! Like whattttt! At that point I just felt attacked and left. I called the SF location once again this time I was extremely mad and they had no idea why they were treating me like this so they accommodated me for that same evening they authenticated and had a check ready for me in less than and hour , that’s not mentioning the fact they actually had clients in the store. Fashionphile is definitely a fast and easy way to sale your items with fair prices. Will always do business with them just not in this location at least until they get new personal."
"I've been to this showroom a few times and have had great experience selling and also picking up items that I bought online. Staff are polite and helpful, transactions were done hassle-free. Just to clarify, you can't view items for sale at this location, they don't have anything on display. If you're looking to see some items, maybe try the SF branch."
