"Thank you Christine, Thank you for making my wife's and I shopping experience great. Earlier today I had a bad experience at a different well known furniture store. I decided not to give them my business, but except come here and give Ashley's furniture a chance. Good the did because Christine was extremely helpful and friendly. However the woman at the customer department could have been much more friendlier. They shouldn't be working there if they can't smile at a paying customer. Anyhow, thank you Christine for your help."

"The sales person that helped me, Daniel Martinez, was very informative and patient and helped me to choose the right furniture for my guest room. Before the delivery date, I wasn’t sure if I had doorway clearance, and he was able to get the exact measurements and gave me reassurance that it will pass through the doorway. The sofa bed is very comfortable and is reasonably priced."

"My friend and I had the most delightful experience with Daniel Martinez at the Ashley Store in Burbank! If I could give it 10 stars I would! We had a VERY errand booked day and were able to purchase the exact sofa bed we wanted in less than an hour! Daniel greeted us at the door! and was professional and knowledgeable . All the employees were so nice and the store uncluttered! So many choices and Daniel showed us the mattresses and features! I will return and highly recommend this location for your furniture and accessory needs!!!"

"I had the most frustrating and disappointing furniture purchase experience recently. Everything seemed fine at the store when we picked out a bed set and mattress. The salesperson even had us test different box spring sizes for the bed's height. However, when the delivery team arrived and set up the furniture, we discovered that the boxspring on that bed was much higher than what we tested in the store. My mother, who selected the height, couldn't even get onto the bed. The delivery guys claimed they couldn't take it back, leaving us in a perplexing situation. After calling the store and enduring countless transfers and holds, we finally talked to a live person who instructed us to contact customer service because they couldn't assist on their end. The ordeal continued with endless calls to customer service, including being hung up on and being placed on hold for what felt like an eternity. Eventually, a claim was made, and the next day, we exchanged emails with photos of the bed. It was only after another call that I discovered the exchange for a different size box spring was approved, but I had to physically go into the store to select it. The whole process involved hours of wasted time, back-and-forth with the store, and the frustrating revelation that I needed to visit the store in person, sign some paperwork, and pay a fee for the box spring. This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and extremely dissatisfied – it's nothing short of a fraudulent ordeal. Still trying to resolve this. Save your time and money and do your own research."
