"CubeSmart Self Storage is an okay company to do business with regarding storage solutions. The staff at the Hemet, Ca. facility (on Florida Ave.), specifically, were friendly and helpful to me, and the facility itself had gate access to the units available until 10:00pm. The only problem that I had with the Hemet, Ca. facility is that the outside bathroom inaccessible after the facility's office has closed, because you need to get a key from the staff. An alternative solution to needing a key would be greatly desirable for providing after hours access to the outside bathroom. Anyway, the reason for the rating that I'm giving to the CubeSmart Self Storage company is because their prices, in general, for renting a storage unit are too high for the amount of square footage that you get for each available storage unit, especially for Southern California. I may still do business again with CubeSmart in the near future, but it probably won't be until their rental prices are much, MUCH, more affordable to me."

Mostly, the office staff are to be commended for their professionalism and knowledge of the storage needs of their customers.
