"Arlene is amazing! We are from out of town and got married in Madison and were staying in Verona. Arlene got us in with very little notice to steam my dress and veil and my husband’s suit. She texted the night we dropped it off and said the shirt was dirty and had a big smudge and offered to wash it for us! For no extra charge and then she even charged us less than originally quoted when we went to pick everything up the next day. We were staying at a hotel and I’m not sure how we would have fixed that if she didn’t take care of it for us. She was so kind and great to work with. My dress and the suit both looked great! And she is a welcoming and inclusive place! So glad we found her and so grateful for her good work. And for reference my dress had alot of lace and appliqués. (I think that’s what they were. Flowers and leaves) I’ll try to add a photo when I get them back."

"I had taken my daughter Homecoming dress shopping, we had been to six stores with no luck. I stopped here on our way home, showed Arlene a picture of what my daughter wanted and she had her come in and look at a book. She found a dress she like, we ordered it and it came in and just needed to have the hem taken up on it. "Nothing like waiting till the last minute for my daughter to decide to go to prom. With only one day to dress shop, my friend recommended Moments to Cherish in Verona. This was the first boutique we went in and I was sure it was going to be the first of many that day. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted so politely and sweetly by Arlene. She was busy hemming a dress but right away asked how she could help us. When I told her we were looking for a prom dress she asked the size and led us right back to try on 4 she had readily available. The second dress my daughter put on was the dress!
