"I went today, 02/07/2024 to Staples the one on San Fernando Rd. I visited the copy and print center at 6:15 pm got to the counter and not even an acknowledgment. I waited for the young lady to tell the other young lady about the orders that were pending because she was done with her shift. Then she finally acknowledged me and advised me that if I want anything printed I have to wait until the next day and that will be until 1 pm. So I told her not even 7 copies and she said NO. I feel like there was absolutely no customer service at all, not even attempted to help me at all. I hope this service changes in the future. I been doing customer service for 16 years and I never treated a customer like that even though I was busy or under stress. Do better please. Thank you."
