"bad customer service and trying to still my money.I got a discount staff and they charge me regular price. When i asked them to fix the issue they just peel the discount price stiker.I ask them to call the manager they say they are manager.so if they can’t control their business they need to close."

"This is my second time here at this Walmart the first time I came i bought a DVD player & the young lady that helped me in the electronics department was very hospitable and very knowledgeable about the equipment. She asked me if I had seen other DVDs that were on sale which I hated, but I had already picked out one that I needed. I had trouble with my credit card and the chip not wanting to work when it came time to pay and she was patient and pleasant with me, considering there was a line of people behind me, which made me very nervous. She told me it was OK and just to continue to try in getting it to work which I ended up praying at that moment and sure enough Jesus came through as usual and got it to work for me so I came back to bye a clock radio but they didn’t have one that I wanted battery operated, so I ended up looking at computers and she was very knowledgeable on those as well and explain to me everything that I wanted to do but I did not get one because they were out of my price range lulu very happy with that store will be back again. I need to find out her name ."

"Even with the speedy checkout be prepared to be there for a minimum of 20min. I get it under paid and overworked but when people start to give up on their groceries because lines are not moving there's a bigger issue."

"The walmart on Davis St in San Leandro, CA is the worst store Ive ever been to. This walmart is the only one that has the slowest cashiers I've ever seen ( like you purposely would have to make yourself go that slow.) A couple nights ago when I went to check out the ice cream I had grabbed was not in the system so they could not sell it to me even though they had there freezer packed full of the ice cream. Then tonight I arrived 20 mins before closing & could not get in. 1st they said there were to many in the store, then they said the check out line was to long. There were about 25 customers that were outside waiting to get in that they refused service to before closing hours. Go to the other Walmart in san leandro it is a nicer store plus has way better customer service."
