"I’m a person who prefers to shop in store and touch the product, so having a store near me is great, but the team at this location makes the trip exceptionally worthwhile! On several occasions I’ve worked with Bella and when I see that shes working, I know that I’m going to have a great experience. I have severe anxiety, especially when it comes to making big decisions. There is something about the commitment of a planner or a journal that scares me, and I’ve been this way since I was little. I’ve never been good at things like this. The first time I was at this location back in November, I had a panic attack and left crying. When I came back the following week, the team (which included Bella) remembered my struggle and helped me find exactly what I needed, and I’ve stuck to my Daily Duo ever since! I keep coming back to buy more fun accessories (that I never need but always want). I just want whoever is thinking about visiting this store to know that you’re in great hands. The store, the team, and the brand is awesome. They might not remember their experience with me, but I sure remember my experience with them. Great job Erin Condren Irvine Spectrum! "Wow. This store is BEAUTIFUL. It's full of everything you don't really need, but truly want. So many great planners, and notebooks, pens/pencils, and everything else in between. I even said to the friendly staff behind the counter that I don't need anything I'm buying, and they agreed that most people who purchase from them don't, lol. The store is near the Target end of Irvine Spectrum and you must make an effort to go look in there if you're a lover of all things pretty and stationery. It's just gorgeous and well laid out and the staff are helpful too. Pricing is maybe a little up there, but it's all good quality and it's definitely a favourite store of mine now and can't wait to go back again soon."

I had an issue with an online order for a custom cover and even though they couldn't do a reprint in the store to fix it they totally went through the entire process for me to get a new sent out to me."
