"*** I stopped in today to have a chili dog and drink. To my delight you were having a special on hot dogs. So I bought one, while in the store I saw a few other items I wanted. Well with a line 6 ahead of me and one checker I took my cheese dog* and left without buying the other items I desired. Owners loss! You got me in the store then... *Cheese dog, I wanted chili but the dispenser was empty and the cheese came out so fast I wasted some. I will stop back again."

"I generally love 7Eleven. However I went in there yesterday twice, spending around $40. Bought beer cigs and a cheeseburger. Said burger was as tough as a rock, inedible. And while I was given a refund, my preference would have been an edible snack. None of the prepared food was remotely fresh! Kuar Seemed offended to be called out on that. Rude and allowed her phone glued counter leaning co worker to also join in argueing with me, all I wanted was a cheeseburger won't be back here."

"My favorite 7-Eleven. They always have what I'm looking for. What makes this location stand out are the employees. They remember me and what I usually purchase. They often just grab it for me and it's waiting at the counter. Crazy when you think how many people they must help each day."

"I love how this 7-11 responds to the customers reviews. We strive on have a 5 star rating. Yea, Right. They strive on horrible customer service. The store would go out of business if it weren't a cheap convenience store. You won't be acknowledged unless someone is following you around. Three of them were present and none of them were able to assist me at the register. They offer a 3 for 3.99 deal but do not have the food prepared for it. When you buy something that should be hot, it is cold and nasty. Workers there do not speak English. When you are in customer service in the United States of America, I feel like you should speak English. I am not prejudiced. There's no reason why we should walk into a 7-11 or any gas station and hear Arabic. It's about respect for others. Treat visitors to your store with gratitude that we are shopping there. If it weren't for us. They wouldn't survive in America."
