The owners come and hand delivered my items as well as assembled them. They are so kind and neat. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. "I walked in the store and I was greeted with kindness and product information very quickly. This store offers specialty items that are priced very low. I bought a 4 person hot tub. The owners delivered it and assembled it and didn’t charge me a deliver fee. I will add corresponding photos of the heart tab installation period not only that but I have seen items that were for sale price is very low period I did some routine checking and found this store offers all of their items everything for less than the wholesale value or the high price market at Walmart. I was highly impressed with the customer service the commitment to product availability and quality in your ability to communicate with me and keep me informed of the step-by-step movements of the company delivery driver. My overall experience is a 10+ I would advise everybody if you want to provide items for a super deal a reasonable price please visit BJs on Franklin Boulevard tell him Angie sent you and have a great day."

"Lady was kinda rude, followed us around and made a comment on everything we touched or looked at, prices were made up as she wanted to charge you, some had priced written on boxes but she would say it was wrong. Told me n my friend that all 8 of the wicker half egg shaped outdoors chairs big ones and small ones were slready doll when we asked the price of them, said someone bought everything outside which wasn't true cause we watched them bring them back inside at closing n wasn't a sold sign on them , she was just judging my friend. Wanted $35 for a maybe $15 clothes rack. And the store is so cluttered and out of order and so over filled its rediculous, it's dangerous, way way over packed in there, if there was a fire there would b no way out . SCARY... I'll go back n give the lady another chance might of just been ready to go home for the day. Has alot of stuff in there, random things. The advertisement was $5 sweatshirts n swear pants today only when we got there n asked about them she said swear suits were $20, each. Not wut was advertised at all. Very disappointed . I'll try again."
