"Speaks little to no English. Gave me the finger and denied my purchase. Went to get some Gatorades and was treated like a dog. The worst experience of customer service. Says he’s not from here. Never go here. Not even the gas, doesn’t work at all."

"They're sneaky and don't honor their product deals. Tried to charge me full price and when I pointed out the deal and asked them to apply it they just said "it doesn't work" and tried to continue to charge me full price."

"STINKS!!! It really stinks of bad body odor in this place, every time i go in. Makes one want to get in and out very quickly and not browse. Clerk was on his phone playing videos. Didn't say one word as he rang me up. No greeting or thank you. Very poor service. I worked in the northern California 7-11 training store in citrus Heights for 2 years. This is NOT how they're trained to interact with customers."

"My last review obviously fell on death ears. If they don’t follow you around the store like you’re stealing (especially black folks), they lock the door and look at you through the glass. 7/11 used to be open always. What a scam. Mind you, im a professional. Being treated like this from a 7/11 employee not even from our country is laughable. Just close at 11 and open at 7."
