"Had a very bad experience with Michael V. Manager at this Staples location. My husband and I are elderly people who needed to make a few copies. We have always had a rough time with their complicated computerized copy machines. We have always been helped by a very polite staff member, until today. We kindly asked Michael V. “Can you help us.? only to receive a weird and sarcastic reply from him: “I’m not a doctor.” From there, he stated rather rudely that we should just do it ourselves and go read the instructions. I reminded him that we were elderly people who needed assistance, so he, unwillingly went to supposedly help us. He said that the next time we should get a caretaker with us. Another nasty remark! We were treated like dirt by this arrogant individual. Elder abuse! We are furious to be treated with such disrespect. It is truly horrific to treat elderly people with such sarcasm and rudeness. SHAME ON STAPLES FOR HIRING SOMEONE LIKE MICHAEL V. AS A MANAGER."

"I cannot believe how horribly inept the service is here. Seriously disgusted. Drove here to view a demo printer that specifically told was on display. It did not even turn on. Basically a useless empty shell. How is that customer service and how is that helpful."

"After the laminator broke down at my usual Staples location, I got redirected to this fancy-looking Staples location on Miracle Mile. I requested to have 3 kpop posters and a fanmade concert banner laminated in the copy & print department. Jessica was very transparent, professional and accommodating to the available laminating services (particularly with the available thickness of lamination) and when my order would be completed in a timely fashion. I told them I needed it completed within two days and said it might be finished the next day. Michael, the printing manager, was truly helpful and assisted in measuring the dimensions of my posters and banner. They were truly professional as they handled my posters with care and were transparent about the slight charges for trimming the posters. Honestly, I'd rather have them trim the correct dimensions instead of cutting them myself incorrectly. The next day, I received a text notification that my posters were ready. I decided to pick them up the day after (2 days after I placed the order.) I was allowed to pay in advance and it was only $24.00 for my entire laminated order! On the day I picked it up, Jay was on duty and they were also very polite as they presented my posters. They were rolled up and made sure I double check to see if the lamination was done correctly. And yes, they were trimmed proportionally and the laminated posters looked phenomenal. I believe these posters can last for many years to come! Thank you to everyone in the copy & print service department especially to Jessica, Michael and Jay for completing my orders in a timely manner."

"I’ve used Staples printing service a few times, once for ad-hoc office printing and then for printing banners / posters / menu cards for my wedding. Throughout all of it, Karina had my back! I got menu cards (custom size) printed and she called to let me know she won’t print them due to them being too light in color (text was illegible). I amended and resent without having to go back to store. They also produced some Polaroid style photos and a poster crossword for me - all were excellent. 5/5 for print quality. 5/5 for customer service from Karina."
