"Not sure why CVS is listed as a place to get a passport photo. I got the excuse “the cameras broken”. Yeah, maybe I would have believed it when I heard that the first time. But this was the second CVS that’s said this to me."

"CVS sells fraudulent gift cards. Do not trust the store/company. No assistance is given to customers. They do not take responsibility for the products putting on their shelves and, therefore, no reimbursement of any kind is given to its customers."

"This CVS is wonderful . The store is clean and for its size has many last minute needs. The pharmacy is excellent however some of the new pharmacists lack the people skills of those I have grown accustomed to. Hopeful they will improve becaise the rest of the store staff is really on top of things.but beyond that all is good."

"I asked for assistance printing my passport photo. The cashier curtly replied it would not be possible and that I would need to pay for a photo to be taken there. I replied that it's fine because I pre-measured the size, prepared the correct document, and double-checked the U.S. department's requirements. She impatiently continued to insist that I could not do it so I had to be short with her in return, "It is possible. I will figure it out. Please just cut it when I'm done." She ignored me and walked away. Next, it printed correctly and I asked her to cut it. "This image won't work." I asked why but her response was nuanced. Nonetheless, I had them take an additional photo in case she was right. Next, when paying at the register, I told another cashier that I did not appreciate how rude the other employee had been. She apologized on behalf of the other woman who overheard and roughly slammed her hands on the table. Lo and behold, my original picture met passport standards. That means I waisted 15 minutes and nearly $20. If you are having a bad day, avoid taking it out on innocent customers. If you cannot maintain patience, avoid working in customer service. I will not return."

"Extremely disappointed in the store manager's behavior towards the all-female pharmacy staff this morning. He was chauvinistic and rude to his staff when they were clearly trying to open the pharmacy and provide a clean, safe environment for their customers. He seemed more interested in trying to gaslight and manipulate employees than provide an excellent experience for those visiting CVS. He was loud and obvious enough that customers (including myself) took notice. His behavior should not to be tolerated and I hope he is fired. On the other hand, the pharmacy staff was a delight -- lovely communicators, expedited my prescription that I was desperately in need of, and were nothing but kind humans! They deserve better management."
