"The person who helped me when I picked up my item was very kind. However, the item that I received seemed as if it was damaged. When I called I got a person who was argumentative with me about my situation and seemed as if they were making excuses for the person who made the mistake. While I understand making mistakes when it is only one item I’m purchasing you would think you would check the item. Really disappointed. Not to mention I did pick up but there was no way for me to let them know I was there within the staples app. Which isn’t the stores fault but I had to go inside to get my item. I’m frustrated because now if I want my item replaced which I needed asap now they want me to drive back and return it. The apology the lady gave me wasn’t sincere whatsoever. First time I had a not so great experience at this location. Usually they are really helpful and kind .."

"I submitted an online order a few weeks ago for a same day stamp and worked with Cynthia in the printing center on it. She was so great, she emailed me a proof and called me before I came by to pick it up because the design I had made wasn't coming out to great on the stamp. She double checked if they had more of the same type of stamp and they did so she offered to redo it for me with an adjusted design free of charge. She was great, and pick up was smooth after that. The stamp helped for gifts of over 100 students and worked great through it all."
