"i have been to this staples store many times for the past 2months,every one their are very helpful,very patient and very calm/cool for people like me,who are very ignorent and illiterant in many aspects of copying,faxing,scanning etc"

"Everytime I got to a Staples I am reminded to why I don't printout there anymore. For something as simple as a couple of pages will take an hour despite being the only person in line. On top of that, the self service doesn't work universally with the USB but asks you prepay before use. Total waste of time. Never again."
