"After spending hours trying to find the chair I wanted to get, I settled on the HM Sayl. Trying online, there was a 7 week wait time, which would leave me injured neck with no support for too long. I called the two other showrooms in LA, the first didn't have any for immediate pickup, and the second store wouldn't pick up. Then I called this store, and Erin fielded my call in the quickest response I've ever had from a retail store. She walked me through all my options on the phone, was very helpful with my questions, and emailed me following up with the prices and info that I needed. While showing me the Sayl and the other chairs available for immediate pickup, and because of the help I asked for in choosing and looking at different items, both Erin and Cate started explaining each piece that was in the store. I asked about everything, and they told me everything I didnt know I wanted to ask. The history of the plywood chairs, the licensing and design framework at HM, and just about every detail you could think of about the pieces in the store. I ended up buying the Embody after sitting in all the different chairs on the floor. The focus on health that this chair provides is unmatched. The studies about this chair giving you a lower heart, I can say, are anecdotally true. I feel a sense of calm writing this right now while sitting in this work of art.
