"Worst Guitar Center that I've ever been to! I brought in a Mint Strandberg, along with a set of dimarzio pickups, treble bleeds, Noiseless springs, trem stabilizer, and had them do a setup. When I got the guitar home I realized they still had my strandberg parts, plus their noob tech had put 3 huge dents in the rear of the guitar, and 1 hard ding. Obviously from trying to pry out the old springs. Devalued the guitar by at least $300. I referred a friend to buy his first guitar there as well. He had a setup done and when he brought it down I noticed the saddles were all staggered heights, and aligned straight across, as if they either didn't touch the intonation, or perhaps they thought raising individual saddles was the way to adjust the intonation LoL!!! I've been to so many guitar centers around the country, and this is BY FAR THE WORST!!!"

"By far the worst guitar Center I’ve ever been to. It’s almost 8pm, so only 2 employees working. One playing guitar near the entrance, no acknowledgment from him. Another one hiding in the back room. We made an online order this morning and were waiting for an email, once the order had been fulfilled. Waited all day, no email. We called the store and some kid said they would fill the order when we got there. The store was a mess and the kid that helped us sounded like he was on something. I’ve worked retail for over 20 years. I get that everyone has bad days, but this was beyond a bad day. They need Some major help. District manager needs to clean house."
