"Hostile/Unfriendly staff.. Unclean. NO RESTROOM access during HEATWAVE when travelers must drink more fluids. Slow pumps."
"NO RESTROOM...!!! The ONLY Chevron anywhere that denies access to the RESTROOM. I thought Chevron had a corporate mandate that all stations are required to offer a public restroom. SUPER LAME...!!!"
"Useless as a gas station. The credit card reader (no chip reader, only magnetic strip) on the pump didn't work, so I couldn't buy gas. The station door had a prominent sign announcing "no public restrooms." If you can't buy gas or make a pit stop at a gas station, why would you go there? For the premier snack shopping experience?"
"I get that people are slobs and it's probably tough to keep a restroom clean. That doesn't mean you just close it off to all of your customers. People can get fuel in a lot of places. A clean building and a friendly attitude is what keeps people coming back. Needless to say we'll try the gas station down the street next time."
"TO THE HORRIBLE MAN WORKING ON MAY 20th WHO THREATENED AND HARASSED ME AND MY DAUGHTER WHILE WE WAITED FOR AAA...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! I am still in shock at the horrible way my daughter and I were treated here, and I am advising all my friends and family to avoid this place. Please read on to see why. On May 20th I was leaving DVC's theatre with my daughter, when I realized pretty fast that both of my front tires were almost flat. I had no clue what happened but I wanted to put air in them to see if that could get me home before having to call AAA. I managed to make it down the street to this Chevron. I then wasted about 5 dollars trying to pump air into the tires, but it didn't help. In fact they were totally flat at this point. At this point driving further would have ruined my rims, but I didn't want to block anyone else who needed the air, so I moves the car a few feet over and parked in the open handicap spot at the station (and put up my placard since I do have a bad ankle injury) and called AAA. It was roughly 10:30 at night and the gas station was not busy at all. That is when the man working there came out and told us to leave. He said we could not park at the gas station unless we were paying customers. I started to explain the situation but he simply put his hand up and said "Go". I got my crutches out and went over to the window to tell him that I had been paying for air, and my tires were flat and I was waiting on AAA. I also bought a water so I was a paying customer. I got back to the car and not more that a couple minutes passed when he came banging on my window again telling me to leave. Again I tried to reason with him and he walked away. I was not about to damage my car by moving it!. I called AAA at this point to inform them that the man wanted us gone. They said we still had a 20 minute wait. During the call the man came out again and started yelling at my daughter and he started taking pictures of us, my license plate. He then said he was calling the police and we were going to jail! I told him to please DO call the police. He then started hitting my car. The AAA dispatch heard all this and said she could not believe this mans behavior. She also said she was moving our tow arrival time arrival up (marking it urgent) and they would be there in less than 5 minutes. I told the guy that the tow truck was on the way but he kept yelling for us to go. He didn't care. Keep in mind he did not have one customer during this time. So it is not like we were costing him business or anything. At this point the tow truck arrived and he retreated to his cashiers station. We were out of there roughly 10 minutes later. I don't know if this man was the owner or employee, but I cannot get over how he treated me and my daughter. What a creep! So I am boycotting Chevron. There is a Safeway gas station right across the street. Go there instead. Better prices too. Thanks for nothing Chevron!"
