"I really like this storage facility. It’s clean and very well managed. Candy The on-site manager is just fabulous and an asset to the company. I recently had an issue where I made a payment that somehow did not post on their portal. Candy was quick to get the issue resolved. Without her troubleshooting abilities I’m not so sure how this what seem to be a complicated situation, would have gotten taken care of. Thank you so much!"

"First off, I must state that the facility is clean, secure and well maintained. This review is really about Candy the on-site manager. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and is willing to help out with any needs or questions you may have. The reason for only giving 4 stars is the price and multiple price increases over the little over 2 years that I was there. My unit went up over $75 a month in that timeframe. They basically priced me out…"

"I wish I could rate the site and managing company separately. Candy, the on-site manager, is just simply wonderful. Always cheerful, helpful and when we were working in the unit (loading or unloading holiday decorations) she always came by to check in and say hi. She was fast to attend to anything that came up, which over two years, was just burnt out lightbulbs in front of the unit. I think they were replaced within 24 hours of my request. Again, I cannot say enough nice things about her and her professionalism while we rented a unit there. Unfortunately, storage pros, just priced us out. There were regular increases, which felt like every quarter, but looking through records, may have been every 6 months. Over the course of a year, the unit went up over $200., which for decoration storage was steep. We were able to find a larger unit elsewhere that saved over $300 a year. It was a no brainer from the dollar and cents perspective. Again, Candy was wonderful, and if rates ever came down, I would be willing to go through the work of relocating all our stuff again, just to work with her. Thanks for everything, Candy!"
