"Just went for lunch and got pizza that wasn't done, didn't notice till I put it on the seat in my car. The grease from the pepperoni got all over my seat and the other one was so sloppy and under cooked couldn't even eat it! Then try to call and the number listed online is wrong!"

"Really disappointed this was the only gas station I would go to until I paid 45.01at the pump before they were open and didn't get any gas from it I had to go somewhere else . I will not go here ever again. They didn't even try to make it right when I called it also took days to get the final answer that they would not fix this issue! My gas tank is a 22.5 gallon tank adding in the 45.01 I tried to put in that day and had quarter of a tank of gas before fueling and I ended up getting 32 more dollars later that day after driving less than a mile which would be over 31 gallons pumped .my needle didn't move after fueling the first time at caseys and i know it didn't pump my gas. 32 dollars would not have fit if i already pumped 45 dollars but hey i guess its not worth giving gas that was paid for.. I found out a few more people had this issue here too and they will not resolve it and refund the money . This place is highly NOT recommended. Accidents happen but they should be resolving them not telling the customer they are lying!! Update it is now been 10 days since this incident happened and I am without resolution unfortunately my service means nothing to this company that relies on consumers to keep them in business. How many people will a business be willing to lose before taking responsibility for their machine malfunctioning. I am adding to my post because I was asked for my contact information, I sent it only hours after revceing their request and their was no further resolution on caseys end to help me either refund or give me the gas that was paid for and not received 45.01! I'm not asking for much just a wrong to be corrected machines malfunction."

"Unfortunately if I would like no ethanol in my fuel I will still get ethanol in my fuel tank because you still do not have a separate line for premium non ethanol fuel. Would be a much higher rated location if we really did have the option to keep ethanol out of our fuel tanks. Property is covered in trash and it's easy to tell the owners don't care for the business due to its lack of upkeep."
