"Not exactly sure why the new owners would pay homage to the previous bar, which was one of the worst bars on the east side of Madison, by referring to the new digs as a Dive. The new renovation and current patrons are the opposite of a dive. Hopefully, the new establishment will be a positive place for the neighborhood."
