"Went shopping for a Christmas gift with my husband, baby, and mother in law visiting from Italy. Not one of the three women working greeted us. And if youve ever been in this store, you’d know how difficult it is to ignore someone, because it’s as big as a walk in closet. It takes less energy to be kind and say “hello”. Even if you’re with another client (which not all of them were) it’s appropriate to say “hello, I’ll be with you in a moment” but not to say anything in this day and age is just weird. Needless to say we ended up going to Lelabo instead. Merry Christmas."

"We had a pleasant experience our first time here. I came in with a friend and a woman wearing a dark jumpsuit and cute black clogs offered us tea after I asked what was in the glass container. She also gave us some samples to take home with us. I’ll definitely be back if they work on my skin."

"I was there on 12/30 at 4pm I spent $300 at the store. Sales associate, was super snarky treating me like I wasn’t going to spend money at their store. Asian woman. Super rude. I was taken by surprise and felt gaslit. If I am spending more than $80 on deodorant I expect it better customer service."

"This store carries every single thing that Aesop sells and I’m so happy this store exists close to me because I can at least go in and test/smell if the scent is something I would enjoy using. people who work here are very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend it!"

"Due to COVID, they are only allowing one group in at a time and there are limited testers. However, the employees were super sweet and helpful. I usually wouldn't shop here because of the prices but I got an essential oil blend. The cashier gave my friend and I samples of skin care products to fit our skin type and needs."
