"Absolutely horrible experience. The spa asked me to move my appointment earlier, and I was running a few minutes behind. I text ahead to say I would be 8 minutes late and was told that was ok and to come. I walked in the door 9 minutes after my appointment time and was basically accosted by the provider with a whole bunch of passive aggressive commentary and attitude about how it “must have been hard to find parking”, followed by something to the effect of “if you’re 15 minutes late again I won’t see you”. I told her I was under 10 minutes late and communicated ahead. She then changed to say if I was 10 minutes late again she wouldn’t see me and it just went on and on. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or has personal issues but I’ve never had someone at a spa try to make such a big deal in such a rude way about an approved late arrival. It was so uncomfortable at that point that I decided not to proceed with the appointment and spoke with the manager who offered 20% off a subsequent appointment. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a spa. Your staff need to be up-skilled significantly on how to speak to people professionally based on my experience. I didn’t go there to have someone try their best to start an argument with me over nothing. Feel free to contact me to discuss further if you wish."

"I researched a LOT of injectors before coming to this specific location and visiting Haley, specifically. I’ve had some issues with Botox in the past (um…oh, hi- is my eyebrow is now FLAT..?) and so I was a little nervous. The appointment was easy, lovely, and a little prickly. 2 weeks later my face looks incredible. Most notably, Haley caught some very subtle irregularities in my smile and chin, which are now even and smooth. My slightly crooked smile looks even better now and I’m SO happy with the results. It’s really nice to stop researching and have TRUST in this kind of service provider. THANK YOU."
