"I had a superb customer experience at Tradition today and just wanted to leave a comment about it. I stopped in looking for a very specific toy item that I doubted they would carry but wanted to check anyway. A salesperson greeted me warmly right away, and when I told her what I was looking for, she not only told me which season they typically stock the toy, but also the other nearby stores that carry that toy brand. It's been a looong time since I've been in a store where the employees were both knowledgeable and helpful, and this person was more than friendly, to boot. I'm putting this place on my list to visit first next time I need kids' things and gifts."
