"The bartender had a freak accident where the neck of the whiskey bottle broke when they picked it up…this happened over the ice well. They scooped out the top layer of ice, and didn’t throw away the ice that they knew was contaminated by glass debris. My next drink had shards of glass in it. I watched them serve probably 50 people before I found a glass shard in my mouth. They kept serving out of that same ice well."

"The bouncer (and owner according to the bartender) took my REAL Texas ID and even after waiting in the corner of the bar for the police to show up for 45 MINUTES, he still wouldn't give it back. The cops finally showed up, verified my ID, and I didn't even get so much as an apology from the bouncer. He was extremely rude, and he completely ruined my night."

"By far my favorite bar in Eau Claire and specifically on water street. The staff are amazing, Frank is always super nice and friendly and even learned me and my friend’s names! Great drinks and even better prices, mug club on Wednesday and different deals during the week! Clean bathrooms, shot-ski, tables, pool table, dance floor, DJ booth, and even free popcorn (while it lasts). Highly recommend this bar, have made so many memories here."
