"It’s Jimmy John’s… I like their sandwiches and have gotten personal sandwiches as well as work related catering from here. No complaints on food though they do seem understaffed and I’ve seen people walk out before being asked for their order before. It’s nice having them in town though"

"Ordered take out, live 2 minutes away, took 45 minutes to get delivered. Sandwich is soggy, barely any lettuce, asked for extra mayo, they must have laughed and gave me less. Sure giving Jimmy Johns a bad name! $40 later.. what a joke."

"It took 40+ minutes between the time I placed my order and when I walked out with my food. I almost asked if they needed my help. Most people go into JJs for a quick sub and they don’t have time to spare.. I’m pretty frustrated with my experience. Frustrated enough to leave this karen-esque review. Freaky Fast?"

"Wow what a experience today for lunch. I walk in and only 3 people sitting down at tables and 2 people waiting for subs. I ordered thinking it was going to me quick. Nope 30 min wait for 1 sub and not even to tell me how long the wait was going to be come on. I also feel bad to the guy ahead of me that didn't get his sub because loss his order. He order one sub then wanted his money back and you refused to give it back to him. You need a manager at this location. I get it your short on help then close the dine in and do drive thru only or take out orders."

"I don't like how pricey everything is, but I must say I DO like the quality of my subs that I have been receiving! I had delivery twice this past week and I always received my food in under 30 minutes.. and even today I ended up going there and the staff is very polite and the food was done efficiently! I know no business is perfect all the time about every detail there is, but out of all the times I've been there, the customer service has been great and if I have questions they take the time to answer them and the quality of my food has been pretty good! To the staff thank you and keep up the good work!"
