"This visit has been my fourth time getting beauty services from Brandi Rose. Most recently, I got my annual Combo brow microblading touch up. As always, I am extremely happy with the results! I also was pleased with every aspect of the service. First, it is very easy to schedule an appointment through her website. Next, when you arrive for your appointment Brandi greets you professionally. Next, she seats you in the waiting area which has lovely decor and amenities such as water and snacks which she offers to you while she sets up for your appointment. While she is performing your service, she is very friendly and professional. She is so caring to her clients and makes sure your are comfortable and relaxed during your entire visit. After receiving your service, she answers any questions that you might have and she gives you after care materials. Overall, I am always happy with my experience going to Beauty by Brandi Rose and I will continue to come to her for future services! The owner is such a kind and caring person who truly loves what she does and cares for her customers which is so evident in how she treats you as a customer and the quality of work that she does.
