"I came to this location to get an IPL done for the first time ever. The ladies were very nice, but I had a really bad experience here. The nurse who did my IPL didn't do enough, so I went back for a redo. They were accommodating enough to not charge me. During this redo, the same nurse burned me this time. I ended up with blisters on my forehead and I'm currently in pain. This means I got a second degree burn, which is extreme. How did this happen? Does this nurse not have enough experience? First she doesn't do enough, and then next time burns me. I feel like I should have gotten some kind of refund or something. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'm now worried if I'm going to end up with scars. I hear that the Sunset location is much better, so I will go there now."

"I’ve been coming here for a few months now and my experience has been great every time. They take photos of you before the procedure and you sign consent forms before the procedure is done. You also get numbing topical gel before the procedure for about 45 minutes. I came to have acne scaring decreased and there has been significant progress! My skin is smoother than before and my skin is more even toned. When I first came Cathy assisted me and she was super friendly and explained the procedure. Hannah and Calan are great and funny. Staff is helpful and accommodating. They even give you a stress squeeze item to help with the sting of the procedure done if needed. I’ve had fraxel and scarlet done. Scarlet is not available anymore so I had intracel done today. Fraxel is brutal, so I took a Tylenol before the procedure. Intracel wasn’t as bad and my recovery feels quicker. Staff makes sure you’re alright during the procedure and even accommodated me when needed like using cold air or taking a few seconds break during the procedure. Beauty is pain and pain doesn’t last."

She understands from a medical and scientific perspective, how to treat with intentionality to bring about a great result. Nina will make suggestions to improve the aesthetic results one is trying to achieve in addition to other treatments. She has helped me to see what other treatments would serve me better from the original treatment I wanted. She alos Nina practices with integrity, clarity, thoughtfulness in communication and honesty. She will be honest with you in discussing your goals and how to get there. She will not treat areas that will not be aesthetically complimentary or look natural. Nina is deliberate and utilizes her expertise to bring about great results. If you are looking to have any type of aesthetic treatment done whether injectables and laser, I recommend Nina unreservedly and wholeheartedly. She will ensure you get a natural result every time. "Came to get my lips filled again after 5 months, opted to get a full syringe since last time I came I got a half. The next day I noticed the filler migrated to the top of my skin creating a fold. I called and made an appointment to get a bit of it dissolved, waited for a while had lidocaine put on me, only to be told no, because it’s too soon and that the nurse was not comfortable touching another persons work. Truly frustrating because I have work and have to be around people and the filler looks overdone now that it’s on the skin above my lip. Not sure what I’m going to do but definitely will never come back again, really disappointed that they couldn’t tell me no over the phone so I could save myself the trip."
