"Katlyn was super rude, she had an attitude. Went to return scissors that were left handed I do not have good eye sight and she made me feel stupid. She said that I should have read it and it was my fault, she could have told me that it was left handed. Then she said that she didn’t know I was going to use it to cut. I got a warranty then when I checked the receipt there was no visible ink. I could not upload the receipt for my warranty so I told her, and she responded “well that’s why I wrote the store”. She also said “what do you want to do about it” I’ve been going there for so many years, I will not be returning"

"Came here once during the pandemic looking for some decent hair products. My curly hair was going thru some changes, so when I asked the employee if they had any hair products for nappy hair like mine, she said “no” and to look somewhere else. Horrible customer service, will be taking my money and business elsewhere. So much for a beauty supply store."

"Honestly so upset with this location. I never really had a problem with them before. I'm at the parking lot of Walmart 2 min away from Sally's; I call 3 min before closing wanting a hair color urgently because I got a flight tomorrow morning and I dont have time to go in the morning. Anyways, a nice lady answers the phone saying she will get the hair color and have it ready before they close. So I get there and its closed I see a short girl with red hair leaving to the back with her register box. The other employee, a Asian girl comes opens the door to tell me that the other employee had closed her register knowing I was around the corner. I'm furious I'm going to leave with my hair like this!! What happened to the good old customer service Sally's use to have?!!! l never want to spend my money there again. I strongly suggest others do the same!"

"Has plenty of colors to choose from, even gray which is the color that i chose. When i had questions the Ladies that worked there answered with ease and they were so helpful, i will be returning to this sallys when i need my touch up. Thank you Sally Beauty Supply."
