"Jennifer Hernandez helped me twice this week. The first time she had on a shirt that said "Rookie" and I thought uh-oh. As I waited my turn she waited on 3 customers with a smile and fulfilled all their needs quickly. She also helped me with a technical problem that day in a similar fashion. Today I returned and again she assisted me with a difficult problem. With her help in a short time my phone was up and running and I left like a "happy camper" I highly recommend her and she is NOT a rookie."
