"I had made a reservation for 9 o'clock on September 1st, but I couldn't make it, so I changed my reservation to 10 o'clock and headed there. I received a phone call from the person in charge while I was driving, but I was unable to answer because I was driving. I contacted you after arriving at the store. I hadn't been informed of the time change, so I said I would check with someone else and waited. In the end, I was told that I couldn't do it today because I had to pick up my child. I was so disappointed, even though I drove an hour to get to the store. I'm deeply disappointed. Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and I arrived there from Santa Monica driving for 1 hour, just to get canceled on the spot without any notice. I received no compensations or apology for time and gas money wasted. Their excuse was the tech had to go pick up her child, but I know my friend just canceled her session on that time slot so they had lame excuses."

"Amazing service and great quality! I had my lashes done by Kana and not only is she so good with what she does, but she is the sweetest. It was my first time and I had so many question and took a long time to decide between Full or Mini. She was so patient in answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable before we started. She’s so genuinely honest and kind, I’m looking forward to going back to just see her! :) thank you for such a wonderful experience."
