"I was very excited to finally have this store in Rochester. However, I was very disappointed in the customer service. They do not greet you or ask if you need help. As I was checking out the employee seemed annoyed and was complaining that her shift was “finally” almost over. As someone who works in management, I found it very unprofessional to make the customer feel as though they are an inconvenience."

"Went into this store around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. I was carrying my 10 month old daughter and was the only customer in the store. I was shopping for a Christmas outfit for my daughter. I walked around looking for about 15 mins. Was never greeted or acknowledged by the two ladies working at the register. After struggling trying to find something, while holding my little one (since there is no carts/strollers in the store), I settled on something because my arms were getting tired. I walked up to the register and said I was looking for shoes to match. Neither even said anything, but the one older lady with blonde hair rolled her eyes and brought me to a rack right by the register. They only had 4 pairs of shoes there and they were not the right size. I asked if there was anymore and she pointed to the back of the store and said, "you can look back there", and she walked back over to the register. I went back and tried to look, but again it was hard since I was holding the baby. I just gave up and went back up to pay for the dress and tights. Never once was I greeted, offered help, or even thanked for shopping. For a new store they really need to evaluate who is working there, or they will be out of business in no time with the lack of customer service. My co-worker had a very similar experience the week before as well. I was so excited to finally have this store in Rochester, but I will not be back. Horrible customer service!!"
