"Really disappointed. I've gone here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. I went yesterday and was attended immediately since there was no one there. Service was very fast, faster than usual. In hindsight, I guess they weren't being precise. My skin always looks red after a threading session so I didn't notice the red marks and bleeding until my friend pointed it out to me 30 min later.... They didn't even get some longer eyebrow hairs, and these pictures are from the next day. I've never experienced this so I KNOW this is not okay. Tried calling for a refund and no luck. I just wanted my money back and to never experience this again. It stings horribly."

"Ok, so I have been threading my eyebrows for about 15 years I usually go to Little India in cerritos but I moved and this place was super close. Ana was not friendly I don't know if its the language barrier but when I kept looking at my eyebrows to make sure they were ok she told me to hurry because there's people waiting. Ummm.. I'm paying and by the way there's a sign that says best price guarantee.. they are $8 my usual place in cerritos charges $3.99."
