"Sorry but I can't recommend this business because they committed what I believe to be credit card fraud. I was qualified for services, aka approved credit, allowed the option to consider whether or not I'd follow through with the service, and then be charged. Well I decided not to go through with it for the time being, but they still charged me anyways and I had a cancel a $3000+ credit card bill for services I never used. LaserAway knew I never used the services too because they never even tried to contact/schedule me for services. I resolved it myself by disputing the charge with both LaserAway and calling the credit card company, but not without some pushback from the LaserAway at first whether or not I authorized the charge. I even called the credit card company and found out LaserAway charged the card the same exact day that they qualified me for the service - even knowing at that time that it was only for consideration purposes and not a commitment to use the company. Pure and simple, they committed fraud. If someone called and offered an explanation or apology I wouldn't write this review. But they just brushed it away with no follow up to even make sure the issue was resolved. It wasn't until I got my official notice in the mail from the credit card company that the account was resolved that I'm writing this review. I'm even on the fence about a doing a formal FTC fraud report about it because it's obscene that a company would charge thousands of dollars for a service and leave it to the customer to resolve the issue. Anyhow, whoever is still reading this, besides the company themselves, go find something better to do than listen to someone like me complain on google lol. Go hug your kids or something."
